Cookie notice
Asyn does not track you across the web, runs no advertising pixels and builds no profiles of anyone. Four cookies are set: two so the site can be served securely, and two so visits can be counted. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used to advertise to you. The consent panel is where you decide about the ones that are not strictly necessary; below is what is actually stored, what reaches a third party, and what happens to anything you send us.

What gets stored on your device
Two of these are set by Cloudflare, who host and protect the site. They are strictly necessary: the site cannot be served securely without them, and under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent. The other two are set by Google Analytics and are not strictly necessary, so they are the ones the consent panel governs.

_gaAnalyticsDistinguishes one visitor from another so repeat visits are not counted as new people. Not strictly necessary, and currently set as soon as the page loads rather than after you agree to it.

How we count visits
We use two tools. Google Analytics, which sets the two cookies above, and Plausible, which is built specifically to work without cookies. Between them they record that a page was viewed, the site that referred you, any campaign tag on the link you followed, your country, and roughly what kind of device you are on.
It manages that without storing anything on your device by deriving a hashed identifier from your IP address and browser, then throwing the raw IP away. The salt behind that hash is rotated daily, so the identifier cannot be followed from one day to the next, and nothing in it can be traced back to a person. The data is held in the European Union.
We look at it to see which pages get read, how far down this site people get, and which sources lead to a demo request. There is no way for us to search it for you.
What we do not do
No advertising or conversion pixels. No tag manager. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting and no profiling. No selling or sharing of visitor data. No cookie is set by Asyn itself, and nothing we run needs one.
If we ever adopt a tool that does need a cookie, this page changes first and a real consent choice appears with it, one that withholds the tag until you make a decision rather than describing it after it has already loaded.
Third parties involved
A few services are reached from this site. One of them, Google Analytics, runs tracking code on it. The rest do not, but they do see something about you, which is worth stating plainly.
Google Analytics
Every page viewRuns on the page and sets the two `_ga` cookies listed above. Google receives your IP address, the pages you view and standard request headers. This is the one service here that measures you rather than merely serving you something.
Plausible
Every page viewOur analytics, described above. It receives your IP address and browser in order to derive its daily rotating hash, and discards the raw address rather than storing it. Cookieless and EU-hosted.
Cal.com
Only if you book a demoBook a demo opens Cal.com's booking page in a window over this site. Its script is only loaded when you click, never on page load. Inside that window Cal.com's own cookies and privacy policy apply, not this notice.
Asyn application
Only if you sign inSign in leads to the Asyn product, a separate service that sets its own session cookies. Those are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and are covered by the terms you agree to there.
Resend
Only if you use the contact formOur email provider. It delivers your enquiry to us as an email. It runs on our servers, not in your browser, and sets nothing on your device.
What happens to what you send us
The contact form is the only place this site collects anything about you. It asks for a work email, and optionally your firm and a message. Nothing else is gathered, and there is no hidden field.
What you submit is delivered as an email to the Asyn founding team through Resend. It is not added to an advertising platform, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside Asyn for marketing. We keep it in our inbox and CRM while we are in contact with you, and remove it when you ask us to.
Sent alongside it is how you arrived: the site that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and the name of the network your request came from as Cloudflare reports it. On an office connection that network name is often the firm itself. It tells us which channels are working. It is not looked up anywhere, matched against a profile, or stored beyond that email.
Separately, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs of requests to the site, including IP address, user agent and the page requested. Those exist for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, are retained briefly, and are not used to build a picture of you.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to privacy@asyn.ai and we will deal with it.
Changes to this notice
We update this page whenever what it describes changes, and move the date at the top. There is no version history to dig through, because the honest summary is short: we measure how this site gets used, and we do it without putting anything on your machine or learning who you are.
